Improved PDF Export

Even in our digital-first world, sometimes you just need a hard copy. For those moments, we’ve upgraded PDF export to make sure your learning materials print beautifully – no weird cuts or misaligned blocks. Check out Parta’s new “Best for Printing” PDF export format and enjoy clean, consistent formatting – on screen and on paper.

Transfer resources:  project → company level

To avoid uploading the same files again and again, you can now move resources from a project to the company level. This lets you build a shared library for all your projects, making it faster to manage your content.

Search in Modal Windows and Input Fields

Moving content just got a whole lot easier. We’ve added search bars to all move modals – no more endless scrolling. Just type, find, done.

We’re also rolling out this search power across more input fields, including:

Smarter Video Compression

All video uploads are now automatically compressed to 720p, with real-time progress indicators. Bonus: reuse compressed videos in SCORM exports — no need to re-upload or convert. Huge time-saver!
